Telephonic ApplicationsTrained staff interview applicants via the telephone to obtain thorough information. All interviewers are trained to probe in the effort of attaining critical information needed by underwriters. Customer service and quick turnaround times are the focus.

Telephonic Assessments:  LTS partners with insurers to assess applicants using a telephone assessment tool that will provide information to meet underwriting needs. Trained interviewers complete a full health and cognitive assessment which provides thorough information to the underwriting department in a timely manner.

Face to Face Assessments:Skilled clinicians will visit candidates in their homes and do a comprehensive functional, cognitive, medical and psychosocial history to evaluate eligibility. The information will be forwarded in a timely fashion to the appropriate department within the insurance company for review.

APS Summaries:Skilled clinicians will review medical records and create a summary to assist underwriters in making decisions.
