WeCare+ is a signature program designed specifically for working caregivers and their loved ones. WeCare+ is an affordable, comprehensive planning service that can be offered as an employee benefit to employees who are caring for an ailing or aging loved one.
WeCare+ goes beyond referrals to provide comprehensive information, rich resources and most importantly – guidance from our trusted Registered Nurse Care Coordinators. Our WeCare+ Service is available in all 50 states, Puerto Rico and Canada so no matter where your employees’ loved ones are, they will have peace of mind knowing they can be supported with their care needs.
LTS works with each organization to structure a program that is appropriate for their employee population. WeCare+ includes a comprehensive In-home Needs and Safety Assessment, development of a Plan of Care, access to our Select Provider Network, WeCare+ Care Coordination and access to the WeCare+ Talk secure web portal.
