Care Coordinator:

Care Coordinators are responsible for the  implementation and supervision of client-centered services to the elderly and their families. The Care Coordinator position requires Registered Nurses or Social Workers with at least two years of clinical experience in the human service field, ideally in community based care with the geriatric population.   Computer literacy and good communication skills are a must.   Expert assessment skills and a dedication to good customer service are essential.

Client Services Manager:

Client services Manager are responsible for account management specific to customer requirements including but not limited to customer service, processing new service requests, ongoing follow up and report management.  Must have excellent computer and customer service skills.

Client Services Coordinator:

Client Service Coordinator are responsible for assisting in client services pertaining to specific customer requirements including but not limited to customer service, processing new referrals and ongoing follow up. Must have excellent computer and customer service skills.
