Noreen Guanci
Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Noreen Guanci is the Chief Executive Officer of Long Term Solutions. She is a registered nurse with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. Noreen has over twenty years of experience in various health care and insurance settings in both direct caregiver and managerial capacities. Much of her experience has been focused in the home health care area and it includes strategic planning, contract negotiation, clinical program development and total quality management for national companies. In 1999, Noreen co-founded Long Term Solutions, where she now holds fiscal responsibility. manages strategic planning and new business development, and oversees IT and quality initiatives. Noreen has many years of involvement in planning the Intercompany Long-Term Care Insurance Conference and has presented on topics relating to claims management.

Anne Harrington
Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer

Anne Harrington, co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Long Term Solutions, is a registered nurse with a Master’s Degree in Public Health. As the Chief Operating Officer, Anne has over 20 years experience in the health care industry. She has been instrumental in developing the policies and procedures for claims operations within LTS. Anne developed the care planning and care coordination program, enhancing it with quality and quantitative metrics to ensure efficient, appropriate and timely service. She is involved in various long-term care insurance industry organizations and has spoken on the topics of claims management and care coordination. Prior to starting Long Term Solutions, Anne worked extensively in the home health care industry. Her last position as Regional Vice President of Home Health Operations for a large for-profit company involved direct operational and fiscal responsibility of clinical and administrative services. Anne earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing at the University of Connecticut and her Master’s in Public Health at Boston University.

Klaes Daley
Information Technology Manager

Klaes Daley holds a degree in Computational Mathematics from DePauw University. He has over twenty five years of experience within the Information Technology field specializing in the establishment and support of infrastructure systems. Klaes is also a member of several of the Boston area’s technology professional’s user groups.

Roxanne Bournazian
Vice President of Operations

Roxanne Bournazian is a  registered nurse and a Certified Case Manager.  She has extensive experience in the long-term care industry and directs the LTS clinical team.

Valerie Cinkovic
Director of Risk Management

Valerie Cinkovic, a licensed attorney in Massachusetts, received her juris doctor (JD) from Suffolk University School of Law. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Boston University. Valerie is responsible for all contracts and state and federal compliances matters including employment laws.
